About Michelle

Hiring a financial planner can feel like a leap of faith.

As a fiduciary, I make a pledge to put my clients’ interests first.

Michelle, an accomplished financial planner for 25 years, chose a career in financial planning when a professor in graduate school described the profession as “a marriage of ministry and finance.” After receiving her BS in Psychology from Washington University and her MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington, she cut her teeth as a trust administrator at JPMorgan Chase in 1999. In 2003, she established her solo practice.

Michelle works with her clients on an hourly basis, tackling life-stage monetary issues and solving financial problems. Her specialties are retirement planning, saving and paying for school, budgeting, comprehensively evaluating portfolios, and estate planning. Since 2020, Michelle has conducted dozens of seminars for employees at companies such as L’Oreal, JPMorgan Chase, Cook Children’s Hospital as well as governmental agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Michelle’s estate planning knowledge took a very personal turn in 2016 when she was named executrix of her father’s estate. She has personal experience with all of the documents and shares them with her clients.

Outside of work, Michelle is a wife and mother of a Tufts college student. She has been a Rotarian for roughly 15 years, and currently serves as Assistant Governor for the North Texas Rotary Club. Michelle also sings soprano in multiple local choirs.
